We don't have chlorinated water so I can't say much about it. I do know that when we visit homes of friends/family who have "city water" that we do taste a difference. I don't like it much, myself. But I have noticed a taste to bottled water, too. I don't like that either. I suppose you have to weigh the two options and decide which one is better - and then you could always flavor the water with a slice of lemon or something of that sort. Hello Nancy.

If I had to drink tap water, while it does the job (quenching thirst), I wouldn't drink as much due to the taste. Filtering with Brita still doesn't get the chlorine out. That was kind of funny. I couldn't believe the amount of oil used in the bottles and that the bottled water costs more, per gallon, than gasoline!
