another great book, written by Hope Egan, who is a part of FFOZ, has an excellent book out called: "HOLY COW!"

It's a great book- if you want to follow the biblical foods, without the "rabbincal" additions.
I highly recommend it.

I'm so happy to have found this info! I'll be back often - thanks so much for sharing. My goal is to eventually turn my yard (front and back) into an edible landscape, including medicinal herbs.

I firmly believe there could come a day when we may not be able to get to a pharmacy (if we want or need to), and having this type of knowledge will keep my family healthy. Just think of the blessing we will be able to be to others who can't afford store-bought meds, especially during a crisis or further down turn in the economy.

"If we drink good water, we can remove all of diseases over %80 (WHO)". Alkaline water can sucsess this. Alkaline water flushes acidic metabolites and toxins from cellular level. Supplies health sustaining minerals such as Ca, K, Mg, Na to the body. Contains smaller water clusters (51KHz) that hydrates the body up to 3 times more effective than normal water. Facilitate nutrients and mineral absorptions efficiently. Promotes general well-bing by restoring the body.

Hello Nancy.

We don't have chlorinated water so I can't say much about it. I do know that when we visit homes of friends/family who have "city water" that we do taste a difference. I don't like it much, myself.

But I have noticed a taste to bottled water, too. I don't like that either.

I suppose you have to weigh the two options and decide which one is better - and then you could always flavor the water with a slice of lemon or something of that sort.

One thing you don't mention is the taste. If I had to drink tap water, while it does the job (quenching thirst), I wouldn't drink as much due to the taste. Filtering with Brita still doesn't get the chlorine out. And yes, I've done a blind taste test and can tell the difference.

It is a reality that wines produced basically of herbs are the best in the market. Herbs in particular have a lot of medicinal value and are being used world over to conveniently handdle health problems. They are also very good for body build-up. What a great gift from God.
